If you self-injure, you will find help here.
You are not alone.
MANY people care about you, and you will soon get help.
Please read through all of the pages on the site and reach out for help.
If you know someone who self-injures, please get help for that person. You MUST tell someone who can help – a friend, a parent, a teacher – anyone who can help.
Self-injury can never be a secret.
You are NOT being a friend if you do not get help for the person.
To everyone else:
Self-injury is much more common than you might think.
Many people, especially teen girls, self-injure; and then hide their cuts and scars.
They fall into a cycle of self-injury that can be very difficult to break without help.
Please learn about self-injury by reading through the pages on the site, and then keep your eyes open for symptoms of self-injury in family members and friends.
Thank you all for visiting, and please return frequently because the site is updated frequently.
God bless you.
Take care,
